Wilmington Baptist Association

Wilmington Baptist Association missionary house is located at 202 Northbrook Dr., Wilmington, NC 28405.
The completely furnished, all electric house was built in the mid 1980's and is in excellent shape. It has 3
bedrooms, 2 baths, den and kitchen combination, living room with separate dining room, deck and storage
building, a large yard and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is located 5-10 minutes
from excellent elementary, middle and high schools. Wilmington International Airport is 10 minutes away as
are UNCW (University of North Carolina at Wilmington) and Cape Fear Community College. Wrightsville
Beach is only a 15 minute drive. Wilmington is 2 hours from Campbell University and Divinity School and 21/2
hours from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Responsibilities for using the home include paying utilities and being available to speak in our local Baptist
churches. Lawn care for the home is provided. The missionary house is available to IMB and CBF appointed
missionaries.
